What We Offer

  • A 15-minute consultation is a brief meeting conducted in-person or virtually, to discuss your immediate concerns, ask questions about therapy, and determine if our therapist’s approach and availability are a good fit. It’s not a full session—its purpose is to communicate and to determine your next steps.

    Completely free

  • A 50-minute therapy session offers a focused, confidential space to explore what’s on your mind. Together, we’ll discuss current challenges—such as anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, or life transitions—and identify goals and strategies that fit your needs. Using evidence-based approaches, the work focuses on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating practical steps for change. Sessions are private, respectful, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

  • A 60+ minute therapy session provides the same focused, confidential space as a standard session, with additional time for deeper exploration and support. This extended format allows for a more thorough discussion of concerns, greater attention to complex or layered challenges, and continued development of personalized goals and strategies. Using evidence-based approaches, sessions support insight, strengthen coping skills, and create practical steps for change—all at a pace that allows the work to unfold more fully.

  • Relationship therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to improve communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect around shared goals. Together, we work to uncover underlying patterns, build practical conflict-resolution skills, and support the safe expression of needs and boundaries. Sessions are tailored to your unique relationship—whether you’re facing ongoing conflict, life transitions, infidelity, or feeling emotionally disconnected.
