Meet Your Therapist
Rebekah Chandler, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I work with adults and seniors facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and self-worth, as well as more complex mental health needs.
I have spent the last 20 years working as part of a private practice in Denton County. After relocating to Wise County a few years ago, I moved my practice to Decatur to better serve and support the community I now call home.
My approach focuses on understanding the deeper patterns behind life’s challenges while providing steady, compassionate support through difficult seasons. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward greater confidence, hope, and peace.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working on my family farm, watching college softball, and shoe shopping.
The Best Therapy Assistant
Meet Kingston, our very large four-legged therapy assistant—equal parts gentle giant and professional napper—with a calm heart, a gentle spirit, and a love for the finer things in life—like treats, naps, treats, occasionally sporting a very dapper tie, and treats (did we mention treats?). He may join sessions from time to time, offering a soothing presence, a friendly wag, and quiet companionship that helps put people at ease. When he’s not working, Kingston enjoys relaxing with his family, spending time with his cat friends, and perfecting the art of doing absolutely nothing. Though he’s not particularly fond of butterflies—truly terrifying creatures—he’s always happy to bring a steady, comforting presence to those around him.
